Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders for prints placed through Leana Kuster’s online store.

Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer.
The purchase agreement is concluded as soon as the seller confirms the order by email.
Prices
All prices are listed in CHF and include sales tax. Shipping costs are listed separately.
Terms of Payment
Payment can be made using the payment methods offered in the online store (e.g., TWINT, credit card, PayPal).
Delivery
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer and is available only within Switzerland.
Delivery times are listed in the online store, but are not binding.
Returns and Cancellations
There is no statutory right of withdrawal in Switzerland.
Returns or exchanges of the delivered prints are not permitted unless there is a defect.
Warranty and Defects
The customer is required to inspect the goods upon receipt.
If a product is damaged or defective, please contact the seller immediately. In such cases, a replacement will be provided or another appropriate solution will be offered.
Liability
The provider is liable only for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct, to the extent permitted by law.

Alle Prints und Designs unterliegen dem Urheberrecht.
Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without express permission is prohibited.
Privacy Policy
Information regarding the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is the provider’s registered office, unless otherwise required by mandatory statutory provisions.
Final Provisions
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
